When you send an enquiry through this site, we store your name, phone number and/or email, your message, the breed or puppy you ask about, and how you found the site (for example an ad or a search engine). We use this data to reply to you, arrange a meeting and understand which of our ads work.

Your data is never sold. It is stored with Cloudflare (the site's host) and kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. To protect against spam we also keep a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself).

Cookies and advertising. Measurement and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads) are only switched on if you accept them in the banner. Without consent the site only uses a technical cookie that remembers your choice. If you have accepted and send an enquiry, we pass a one-way hashed (unreadable) email and phone number to Meta and Google to measure how our ads perform. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookies” at the bottom of the site.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time — just send us a request through the enquiry form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
